Brilliant until it goes wrong and then try and explain to the Indian call centre and you've had it.

Everything on mine works except 'on demand' so can't watch anything other than live tv or what I have recorded, so no films, catch up or any HD.

Complaint lodged end of October, endless calls to India, no use, and then finally flagged up to the UK 'Escalation Centre' who are very good at calling you with updates saying they are still working on it.

Not fixed for Christmas, still not fixed mid January and still no end in sight.

Save your pennies and buy a Freeview HD box that you can record on, cheaper long term and more reliable than waiting for BT to sort things our internally and whose responsible.

Its still going wrong, 6 times in a year now, gave up on the Indian idiots, still get lots of calls from the Uk Escalation centre, but problem comes and goes.

Can't wait to get out of contract and the twits can have it back.
