Rosemary Conley Slimming Clubs Review

Unlike other slimming clubs I have belonged to (where, fair enough, I did lose a lot of weight), with Rosemary Conley classes you also get much more value for money with the fantastic exercise session included after the weigh-in. The instructors at the class I attend (Calmore, Hampshire), Suzanne Rawle and Sam Mouland Rawle are fantastic - enthusiastic - and expert at what they do and they cater for everyone by varying the routines from latin-dance based exercises (my personal fave)! to traditional aerobics, to fun circuits classes, all followed by a toning and stretching section at the end. All-in-all, I love my classes and am only about 10lbs away from my weight loss goal!!!
