We had problems before the items even arrived and we still have problems 5 months after the order was placed.
They failed to deliver the items after 2 weeks, after speaking to them daily they kept telling us "it's due to be delivered tomorrow".
After 14 days I demanded my money back or a replacement package to be sent.
They promised a replacement package.
Later that afternoon the first package finally arrived and I called to cancel the replacement.
The items were fine, some minor mistakes with the order but nothing I couldn't live with.
However, since the package arrived Jacamo have been calling me daily asking me to pay for the replacement package, which I canceled.
They expect me to pay for a package which I never received, and customer hang up on me every time I speak to them, which makes it impossible to get this sorted out.
For 5 months they have been calling me every day asking me for money that I do not owe them.
