“I was given the pink (Hetty) version of this hoover...”

I was given the pink (Hetty) version of this hoover for Xmas by my daughter and I daren't tell her how much I hate it! She said oh they're fantastic for picking up cat hairs which is why I wanted one. It's rubbish. It pushes the cat hairs round the room so you have to use the nozzle end (backbreaking work) to get up stuff it can't cope with, and it's too flipping heavy. I'm going back to my old one as at least it was lighter to move around.

I found this review very helpful because... I entirely agree, CUMBERSOME, HEAVY AND PIPES DO NOT FIT TOGETHER CORRECTLY UNLESS REALLY FORCED AND THEN ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO PULL APART.
