I wanted to lose a few pounds before starting a full on diet so I tried slim fast because it always gets good reviews. I have been on the diet for over a week, I have followed it exactly, done the required 30 mins exercise (sometimes more) and replaced my normal fatty dinners with low fat quorn. I have lost exactly 0 pounds :-( maybe I have slow metabolism compared to some, but I expected to lose at least 1 lb by now!
