“I phoned PC World technical services for advice and...”

I phoned PC World technical services for advice and was told it was definately not a driver that had gone on my laptop- I had been informed by 02 it was a driver gone. I was assured it was not a driver and got charged £42.00 for this bad advice on my phone bill.

I took to PC WorlD and guess what - it was a driver!

I HAVE TRIED TO RING CUSTOMER SERVICES AND HAVE BEEN PUT THROUGH TO 4 WRONG NUMBERS - THEIR STAFF CANNOT EVEN PUT A PHONE CALL THROUGH.

They do not even have phone numbers for customers and you have to go through what they call a central system! Thay have so many complaints they do not want you to get through and completley ignore you.

I will never use Pc World again even if I am desperate for something.
