I used BOOKIT.Com for our holiday to Hawaii in November 2010. The only problem I had with them was, I didn't realize it was an American website when I booked our holiday through them (I am from Australia). But, in saying that, I had no problems with this company. I emailed them with regards to confirmations on flights/accommodation as our trip got closer, and they always answered any questions I had. I would definitely use this company again, and have recommended them to others in Australia. Thank you for a fantastic holiday! Toni Australia...
