William h brown in Norwich... Awful just awful. I found a house I liked, but in an offer, the guy said he would get back to me... Well 3 days later a man rung me from a mobile number he sounded like he was sitting in a car, he said some "cash" buyers had come along and either I put my offer up or loose out! The mortgage guy who works that is nasty and rude. The worst agents ever. Rude, pushy total lying scumbags! Don't ever use them. There is agents out there who are a smaller companies but they care and want to help

I have been "tied into" a deal with the Sprowston Branch,I agree with everything said in your comment. In 18 months my property has been in the paper a handful of times it has only been in the shop window briefly, I dont get feedback from viewings, the staff are arrogant and rude and the manager is absolutely useless. I hav complained and they agree that they have not provided a cusomer service as exoected but they stll havent improved 6 months on since I voiced my opinions!!
