I had a spice order with fresh herbs included. these arrived looking as though they had been frozen ans then defrosted. The resultant mess was all over the packaging of the other goods. I think they should not put methi leaf in paper bags. The things were not well packaged. Undaunted, I ordered a tandoor pot for my son's birthday. This arrived cracked in half and I am yet to be able to resolve this because, as mentioned in other reviews above, they don't provide a phone number on the website and no one replies to your emails.
