This Card is absolute rubbish. Santander have messed up payment collection since September 2010 and only now seem to have fixed it. Customer service provision is nil. Indian service centres are not the best way to deal with English speaking customers. They just do not understand. Saves Santander money perhaps but drives away customers. Maybe they want to kill off the card?? The customer service number is expensive and once it took me 45 minutes to even get through to an advisor. Santander also have the annoying habit of removing online access everytime you get a new card, I mean ffs having to re-register every card is BS. Replies to correspondense takes forever, online messages take over the prescribed 48 hours for replies and cards can take forever to appear and then do not work after acknowledging receipt. My advice is DO NOT OPEN AN ASDA CREDIT CARD as maintenence is shockingly expensive. I have closed my account forthwith.
