Served by a young guy who spoke softly,also hardly moved his lips so I couldn't even lip read and could not be heard above the music that was playing, got my order wrong & didn't charge me for my latte, had to redo my bill during which time he was also serving the next customer and yes I landed up with a luke warm latte. What annoyed me the most was the'Bloomer tuna salad sandwich £2.95'. My idea of this sandwich was nothing like I received. The bread was thin and floppy, no butter, a thin scraping of fish smelling paste a piece of red lettuce literally the size of a 10p piece and a 1/2 inch piece of a lettuce stalk. Is this really a tuna salad sandwich, never again will I waste my money. Daylight robbery.
