Customer since 2005. TalkTalk take over and it is now the No. 1 service to AVOID. Cut off from internet for 10 days now as my account is supposed to be "migrated" to a TalkTalk service .... no warning that I was going to be cut off, no indication from the call centre staff when I will be reconnected, if you really want to feel unwanted sign up today ...NOT.
Do yourself a favour, steer well clear from TalkTalk if you want a broadband service.
