“Ordered an unlock code from the website at 12:10 its...”

Ordered an unlock code from the website at 12:10 its now 16:07 and no sign of the unlock code or anything, on the website it says unlock code within 5-30minutes, i'm asking for a full refund, I have brought an unlock code from a guy on ebay for £16.00 who responded to me within 5minutes and I had the code within a further 2 minutes, I was expecting a top service as I have read all the reviews here, but mine hasn't been as good, if you want your unlock code quickly then I suggest going elsewhere.

Im hoping MOBILEUNLOCKED.COM will give my money back, will report back if they do or don't!!!

 We don't have any record of outstanding orders from that time today. Are you aware that you submitted a comment for mobileunlocked.co.uk even though you mentioned mobileunlocked.com (a different company)?
