I bought my HW 100 .22 thumbhole stack in October 2010,I have owned several airguns in the past and decided to leave the world of springs behind and invest (a hefty sum)in a pcp.

I tried several guns in my local gunsmiths in various price ranges and the HW 100 wins hands down with me everytime.

I shoot vermin as a rule and only use targets to practice/zero the accuracy is second to none in all shooting positions although it can be a bit on the heavy side if standing or kneeling unsupported, that said I am consistantly hitting wood pigeon and rabbits with clean head shots out to 35/40 yds (will shoot further but not humanley). I have had one problem and that was a small air leak in the mechanism but a trip to my gunsmiths it was returned to Hull cartridge and rectified almost immediatly and no further problems.

To sum it up in as few words as possible would be difficult me personally would sy "BUY IT!"
