I love the SWAP service!!! I managed to trade in my old phone and my upgrade phone and got a Blackberry Torch. The response was quick and professional. The communication was great and the best bit was that it was clear in terms of payment and what I get for what price unlike eBay which you can never really be sure how much you are paying. On receiving the phone, everything was as described and fully working. I would recommend MFYP to anyone. Well worth it. I'll be swapping my phone again when I get bored of this one lol!
