I have never been more uncomfortable on a plane in my life! (Flying distance in 2010 = 156,000 miles). The smallest seat ever. The most distant unconcerned flight attendants ever. Uncomfortably warm. And the seat next to me was empty! If I'd had a co-traveler there, it would have been sheer perdition. I have added Lufthansa as a "no fly" airline on my travel profile at work. The only worst experience has been on American. If you're almost as bad as American, you're pretty dang bad!
