I ordered some gloves and some northwave shoes on the 29th December and both items showed in stock. On the 4th January 2011 my gloves arrived but no shoes, it said they were to follow so the following day I emailed to ask when I should expect them to which nobody replied.Thursday the 6th I emailed again and this time had a reply which said they were ready for despatch. Friday morning I received an email saying that the shoes were ready to be sent, Friday afternoon I received an email saying that someone else had taken the last pair and I could wait up to 14 days for them to try and get another pair or choose an alternative.I decided to choose something else as I was in need of some shoes,I phoned up o make my choice to be told that they had been sent today by Royal mail 1st class.I phoned agai on Wednesday and was told that they were sent on the 7th and my gloves on the 6th to which I replied that I had received my gloves on the 4th so what was going on, was I ever going to see my shoes? I have phoned again today as they still have not arrived to be told the same thing, we cant do anything for 14 days from the delivery date.I said why did it take so long to process my order as it was all in stock and I have now been waiting 16 days.I was told that alot of people are phoning at the moment chasing undelivered items and I was told to check my local sorting office even though I havent received any cards from royal mail.I have been told that after 14 days they will send me another pair although they dont have any in stock any more.I will never use this company again as I feel that they could have been more helpful in resolving this issue especially being such a big company.
