I have a Samsonite suitcase which I have hardly used and the handle broke when I went on holiday in December. I have tried to contact Samsonite to find out if it is repairable under warranty but cannot get through to anyone. The website has no direct customer service contact details for broken products. There is no telephone number of their website. There is no head office address on their website. I have spoken to a stockist who gave me an 0844 telephone number which was an automated service giving me a different number starting 0208. I dialled that to get a message service saying they were closed for lunch. MESSAGE TO SAMSONITE: IF YOU CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS, I CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO BUY YOUR PRODUCTS. IT IS THAT SIMPLE.
