“Totally dissorganised boarding. Sad lack of space...”

Totally dissorganised boarding. Sad lack of space between seats. Had to pay extra just to sit together. Told we could pay extra to upgrade seats but that was never possible.These were actually taken by mostly little short old people. Headphones were bought but they didn't work, no refund either.I was in agony by the end of the 4 hour flight. I will never ever travel with Thompsons again.
