I bought Christmas gifts for members of my family from Gems and have been so embarassed as 3 of the items stones fell out...this shows that the quality of the jewellery from Gems has gone downhill and I wont be buying there again in the future

This Gems TV customers review says the quality has gone downhill no it has not it has always been bad I gave up buying from them ages ago stones falling out rings arriving with very bad flaws in the stones, bought a pink saphire ring in 18 ct. Gold whenit arrived there was no colour in the stones at all. Have not shopped with them since!
