I should have written before
A brief line to say thank you for exceptional service on our return from Bali at the end of Nov. You may recall the airplane's cargo doors froze shut causing a huge delay at baggage return - and then our bags failed to appear entirely (we got them back two days later).
I kept you informed throughout, but even so this meant a 1.5hr+ wait for your driver in not the best of conditions. He met us with not a word of complaint, however, and even with a smile.
All our thanks - and we've just booked with you again for a flight to Egypt from Gatwick at the end of this month that we hope will go a lot more smoothly!
