As I work for the NHS I would expect the 10% discount offered by DP. Twice I have ordered on-line both times betwen £70 & £120.
I have e-mailed as the 10% was not taken off at the 'till'. as yet I have not recieved a reply.
I bought a pair of shoes in the Walsall shop (what a nightmare) I think the staff could do with training. When I got home I had 1 shoe in a 6 (correct) and the other and the box stated size 5. I went to my local store to exchange, but was informed that I would have to go back to the Walsall store. (what a complete pain) I did go back and had to wait for 15 minutes just to have to explain again. I told the assistant I was none to happy about my overall experience with DP, for her to say 'Oh yeah, I tried to order on line with my staff discount and it wouldn't let me do it either - rubbish innit?'
What could I say? What can I say?
If it wasn't for the fact thay DP do a Tall range, I just wouldn't bother.
