I subscribed to this magazine for a year and was sadly disappointed. Most of the recipes I tried in here were either mediocre or inedible. There's an odd emphasis on using Dijon mustard as a flavouring. And some of the same recipes are repeated.
However, a handful of recipes by guest cooks are very good. There are also some fun articles on food culture, useful products and restaurants.
Conclusion: visually scintillating but lacking in substance.
