I booked thru Beach Collection and although not their initial fault I was booked with Kiss Flights who went into Administration in Aug 2010. To date I am still waiting for the reimbursement of my flights that had to be rebooked and repaid for and was advised that Beach collection were arranging thru Atol a multi claim to reimburse all passengers. To date I am still waiting for my reimbursement. I have sent 3 emails the first one dated 14th Dec chasing up my claim as to get thru to them by phone or indeed to get a decent answer when you do get thru has all but failed and yet I am STILL waiting for a response to even one of the 3 emails sent. I am now seeking legal advice and based on their customer service I will certainly NEVER be booking another holiday thru them.
