AirTransat is known for being delayed as usaual. How can people travel with kids and have to wait for 5 hours at the Airport and then on the plane..(we were to leave at 12 and did'nt take off until 8p.m) They knew there was a problem with the plane but boarded us anyway.(lights overhead for seatbelts) Why not let us know early so we can make other arrangements then have to deal with tired and hungry children. This airlines is a disgrace. You can fly better in third world countries. Why wait when there is a problem to do an overhaul on a aircraft? This should be done on a regular basis. It is just a matter of time Air Transat when there is a disaster! Shame on you !!
