I bought this espresso maker around three months ago. I was very excited about it but after these three months of using it I am greatly dissappointed. I would say it is a value for money becuase it is rather cheap compared to other coffee machines, but if you can afford a few extra pounds, you'd be much better buying an expensive coffee machine that actually makes good espresso. I have tried several different types of coffee, but it just tastes horrible out of this machine. It is not really an espresso coffee, its taste is more like filter coffee, rahter weak. On the good side it is easy to use, clean and maintain, but I would really advise anyone looking for a good espresso machine, save a little bit more and get a decent one.

Have to agree. My m/c does little more than give me strong black coffee - certainly not espresso, and the milk frother just about heats milk. No froth and we've given up on using that part - heating milk in the microwave is just as good, quicker and less cleaning up.
Disappointed - it feels as though the pump just isn't delivering pressure.
