I have lost 1 stone 2pounds in4months with the whitleybay class, and it really is the easiest plan to follow. please girls give it a go, the new you is hiding inside waiting to come out, come and join us.Even when ive had a poor week the class picks me up and its the same for all of us, we support each other.
