the worst experience of my life... the customer service is a disgrace and they all have an i dont care attitude, they use cowboy loss adjusters and pay out on terrible mandates which severely limit your choices when replacing items
dont expect anything but pain from these cowboys,
pay a little more or even the same price and use a reputable direct company,
even complaining about the service gets you no place fast, my small claim has gone on for 10 months,
they claim they use approved tradesmen in the event of a claim but actually have no people at all, you are expected to deal with everything yourself,
expect to be on hold for at least 50 mins when calling the claim line
