“Although the goods arrived late this was not the fault...”

Although the goods arrived late this was not the fault of the company - the goods were out for delivery the next day but were delayed because of snow and general backlog. When I contacted the company by e-mail to ask if they could help me track the delivery the response was swift and helpful. We would certainly use this company again. Thank you for excellent service.
