Our flight was delayed then cancelled because of flight member illness. Foreced us to stay in Atlanta and refused us access to our checked bags. Then when we got to St. Lucia after lossing a day of out vacation at a Sandals, they lost out bags!!! 3 days in a tropical paradise in only jeans and long sleeve shirts. Our carry on clothing was limited and dirty because of the lost day in Atlanta. When I asked for a something back in the form of a credit for future use they stated in an email to me. "were sorry for the delay in your bags arriving to your destination, however many bags are delayed getting to there destinations for lots of travelers so you request is denied. We hope you choose Delta in the future." I will now make it my personal mission to ley everybody know how horrible and ghetto Delta airlines is!!!!
