I Recently got breakdown cover with rescuemycar.com about 3 days ago, As a 17 year old driver i thought that i should get it just in-case. I crashed my car into a metal pole and the police didn't want me to drive off. I called up and a nice woman answered the phone quickly. I then told her the in's and out's of what happened and she said thats fine she would get a recovery truck to collect me. The truck came in about 30 minutes and took me the couple of miles home.



The only thing i can criticise about there service is that they tried to make me pay a £70 up front fee because they thought i didn't get the cover 72hrs before the start of the cover but this was quickly resolved and without any fees.



I would recommend the company but make sure they keep times & dates nearby in case this happens to you (i'm still not sure if they we're trying to get a cheap buck off me)
