Only my first day of trying it. I was hesitant when trying the shakes, I've got the chocolate one and I have to say it's really nice! It's best when mixed with ice. It has quite a creamy taste, to be honest I would be happy to drink the shake as a normal milkshake regardless of it being a weight loss aid. My mum tried the cafe latte one and she really liked it, so that's a good one for coffee lovers. Fingers crossed it'll work!
