Ordered a DVD player (SD3010) via Sainsbury online. Received e-mail to confirm arrival in store. Travelled across the city to collect. Once I managed to find the appropriate desk (hidden at back of store) I was handed my order in a sealed package. Luckily I checked the package before leaving the store only to find that, although all the paperwork was correct, the DVD inside the package was not the correct one - it was a more basic model (SD1010). Nothing could be done in store as they claim to be acting simply as a delivery hub. Called customer service 'Sainsbury online' only to be told that the unit I'd ordered was now out of stock. Net result then was a 20 mile round trip for me and a waste of an hour and a half of my time. All the errors were Sainsburys but all the costs and inconvenience mine! Will not use again and encourage others not to.
