I need a replacement lid for 2 of my pots for the t304 series. Can I purchase these direct from the manufacturer ? if so, does someone have contact details?
We have had a set of these pots for 5 years and find the handles get too hot to handle without an oven glove and we have had an ongoing issue with the handles falling off 2 pot lids which is why we need replacements.
I would not recommend these pots and in future, we will be buying an entire new range

I have had my saucepans for about 15 years and I have never had a problem with them they are still as good as new, although yes I agree about the handles they do get hot but other than that I love em......
