I agree with the others - Penny Talk is a rip off! I tried to renew my minutes on-line and their software didn't register my first attempt, so I went through the process again, and ended up depositing $50.00 on my account. I tried calling Penny Talk, but kept getting disconnected. In a matter of 4 months, the $50.00 had disappeared, even though my husband had only used the card twice, and the billing showed that we had only spent $13.00. Once again, I tried calling Penny Talk, but my call kept getting disconnected. I e-mailed them and asked for a complete accounting of the 4 months. They responded to my email and said that they only go back 90 days, and sent me the same info that was already on line. Since then, there has been no reply to my e-mails. They stole our money! Don't trust them or use them!
