Ordered goods using next day delivery - it is 3 days later & still waiting.

Phoned them 10-12 times & just get answer phone. Left a message - no reply. E-mailed them this morning addressing my concerns, it is now late afternoon & still no reply. I understand it is the Xmas period, but their website says nothing about delays over Xmas or that they are closed for Xmas.

I have the exact same issue as you. Ordered with next day delivery, its been 7 days for me and they havnt even dispatched it yet. I am also being completely ignored, no reply from any of the emails I sent.

Ordered Mobo on 21st september with extra cost for next day delivery, 3 days and 2 emails later had phone call to say not in stock,took full details of my hardware and the type of board required. 6 days later received a board that was 2nd hand,dusty and still had a case post attached from its former case. i rand and complained and was told it had been in a case for testing, RUBBISH i am an IT Technician and know a used board when i see one. i decided to test it myself and discovered that it did not support my processor although they had been told what i was using. another phone call and i was offered a replacement board,new,next day delivery but £16 more.foolishly i paid the extra money and returned the other board at a cost of £9.05p. it is now 4 days later and still no board although i had an email yesterday to say the board was despatched but by normal 1st class post and would be here for monday or tuesday. £8 for next day delivery, £9.05p to return a board i did not order and almost 3 weeks later still no board. i have contacted trading standards and will be pursuing this AVOID!
