I've been using this for about 8 years (?) -- back when you could get it on the shelf. I'm constantly asked what dentist I use, and I happily now refer people to the site.



The only bummer now is the cost of shipping, so my mother and I buy it a years worth at a time so we only have to pay that pesky 19.95 shipping charge once.



When I first used it, I did twice a day -- 30 minutes in the mornings and 30 minutes at night for two weeks. After that, I touched up about every 3 days or in the shower/while getting dressed...for the past 8 years or so. I drink a lot of sodas and you can't tell.



Seriously, this stuff is the best! My dentist even complimented me.



(don't use after eating capn crunch, etc -- very harsh on tender skin)
