“OUR CONNECTING FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AFTER BEING KEPT 5...”

OUR CONNECTING FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AFTER BEING KEPT 5 HOURS INSIDE THE TINY PLANE. WE HAD TO RE-BOOK OUR FLIGHT AND COME BACK HOME, AS THERE WERE NO FLIGHTS FOR US TO GET TO OUR DESTINATION THE DAY AFTER (FULLY BOOKED). FROM 3.30PM WHEN OUR SECOND FLIGH WAS DUE TO LEAVE UNTIL 11.45PM WE WERE OFFERED ONLY TWO SMALL PACKS WITH TWO BISCUITS AND TWO DRINKS. CHARMING!

I HAVE CONTACTED AIR FRANCE TO GET OUR REFUND (I SPENT £1546-00!!): I SENT TWO EMAILS, NO REPLY. I TRIED CALLING, THEY DO NOT PICK THE PHONE. I SPENT OVER £5 IN THE POST, WILL I GET A REPLY? ... THE LAW SAYS THEY MUST GIVE IT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS BUT IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, ISN'T IT?

ALSO, WHEN I ARRIVED BACK OUR SUITCASES WERE MISSING. IT IS 6 DAYS AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.

WE HAD AN AWFULL EXPERIENCE. PUTS YOU OFF AIR FRANCE.
