“I have never experienced such pathetic customer...”

I have never experienced such pathetic customer service as I encountered from Je James Cycles. I ordered a Specialized Tarmac S Works road frame over the telephone but my address was not recognised by their credit card security system. I conacted my bank who checked the address was correct, ordered an Ultegra groupset from another bike shop with the same credit card and then rang JE James back no less than 10 times to try and process the order. However, they declined to sell me the bike as my address which I have lived at for 10 years was not recognised by their bloody system !!! The worst part - was the money actually debited from my credit card but JE James refused to accept it !!! Some of the staff are polite enough but others are rude and patronising - Kenny and Jonathan in particular ! They might advertise good prices but in my experience the hassle just ain't worth it...

I found this review not helpful because... I am jonathan he is refering too and i was extreemly polite in explaining the athe card details he had given us didn't match with the card registered address and unfortunatley we had to reject the sale at that point, my advice was for him to check with his bank to ensure he had registered the correct address, which he happily agreed to do. poor service ?????? this was the only conversation i had with him. cheap shot i feel as it was his house description which was the problem and not our system.
