Flight from Z rich to Frankfurt was an hour late, as usual. I made the flight to Los Angeles, the luggage not. The flight was very average. I avoid flying with US airlines, but Lufthansa was not much better.
As Lufthansa did not get the luggage to me within my 6 day stay in the US. I ended up purchasing new items, including a suitcase. Customer service in the US was poor and everytime I called to trace my luggage I got different information.
The new suitcase got stuck in Frankfurt on December 17th. Since that day all e-mails and phone calls remain unanswered. 12 days later and there is still no sign of the luggage. How poor can customer service get?
For the last leg of the journey I ended up taking the train and paying for it myself. Lufthansa staff were not coping well with the weather conditions (although it snows every year...) so I took the quickest alternative.
Never again Lufthansa.
