please don't go near this DISHONEST COMPANY
i took out an insurance on line, mistakenly i inserted 5 years no claim bonus. normal practice the request for the non claim bonus documents to be sent to them. i spoke to a lady that seems at the time very helpeful, she advised that if they do not call me back is that everything is fine with my no claim bonus, as i was worried whether they were going to receive it on time. almost 5 weeks later i phoned to find out whether everythings was fine, only to realise that they had cancelled my insurance without my knowledge. in fact i was driving a car without insurance for nearly 3 weeks. i could not believe it, i asked how could they do such a thing when i had advised them that the building in which i am living correspondence get lost and so. she said because my no claim bonus was for 3 years only, yet i had mentioned 5 on line. anyhow, she proposed a new insurance which was almost 4 times more expensive. i just could not believe. THE INITIAL PRICE WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE
i went back on like using my middle name this time round, and HAVE A WILD GUESS, in fact with 5 year no claim bonus i ended up with even cheaper insurance than the previous one. i could not believe how dishonest they could be.
i took the insurance, and wrote to their customer services, to complian, in how they could have such a policy in literally conning people. who would have believed , i then had a guy calledDavid Steele (CII) from fraud investigation, trying to turn the table and accusing me of frauding their system. How appalling. he had nothing to respond when i told him, hang on, if i would have been a fraud, i wouldn't have contact you to report that your system SUCKS. the matter is now a legal battle. these insurance companies are desperate to make money at all cost. when registering on line, ensure that you provide all information accurately. slightest excuse they find is to be able to keep the initial down payment, happily cancel, or oblige the insurer to pay triple charges.

Put in 3 years not 5 and you would have sent in the right document showing 3 therfore they wouldnt have got back in touch to inform of the error and it would still be in force now.
Also they post a letter if it does not find you speak to royal mail
Your error!
