my vehicle was scrapped so tried to cancel my policy . Was told there was cancellation fee of £70 to be paid before i could have my proof of no claims, despite 3 phone conversations i still cant get the bill, so no proof of no claims and then i get a letter saying im in breech of contract for cancelling my direct debit payment and my insurance void. They are totally clueless . Can fully understand why they offer cheapest quote its because they offer such a poor service.
