I have been using them for the last two years and recomending to friends.

The customer service is very good and prompt in replying.

The excellent thing and what makes this site attractive is that you pay at the hotel not upfront unlike other booking sites. The prices shown are usually good value for money. You can also cancel bookings without penalty etc in some cases instantly.I had never had any problem using them.

I am a full time travel agent in the USA. I would like to sign up with booking.com. I can not find the agent portal to do so. I have looked through the Q&As with no luck. Any help will be appreciated.

I have used this booking site for many years for destinations all over the world and when it comes to travelling again I cannot go past it.
It is so easy to use and I have never had a bad experience .Also prices are very competitive. I am the first to recommend booking.com to my friends.
