“Its been nearly a month that I'm waiting for my boxed...”

Its been nearly a month that I'm waiting for my boxed DVD set that was supposed to be my wifes christmas present...... Due the bad weather they have had problems - sorry, but I don't accept this as goods were ordered via amazon after ordering this and they came before christmas. Customer services are non existant - completely hopeless in this day and age - very disappointing altogether
