Unreliable service constant broadband falure, also the TV package still suffering blocking on the picture even though i have paid for HD, not a happy bunny. Virgin been out to me a couple of times so far, got it a couple of months ago.
Its not the most user friendly control panel for the TV settings etc and Sky`s set up was better.
If the problems persist into Jan will be dropping out of my contract
