“I've had windvd creator 2 for xmas, but can't load on...”

I've had windvd creator 2 for xmas, but can't load on win 7 or xp. Keeps coming up with ( this is not a qualifed h p solution ) but does not say anythink about being only for hp comps on the disc ?
