There is NO such thing as 'customer service' at United Airlines. I am a First Class passenger traveling from Asia to Las Vegas. I am sitting here at San Francisco (SFO) for 10 hours now, listening to one excuse after another. Even an excuse why my family is not eligible to use the Lounge for Business/First Class travelers. WHAT A CRAPPY CRAPPY airline!!!! The employees intentionally lie, with no remorse. The standard answer is "no" and the standard attitude is 'it sucks to be you, I don't care'. Wow ... with a recession in this country and so many people out of jobs, employees like these have jobs and a company like this remains in business? I am truly sorry. Never again, United, NEVER AGAIN!
