I'm still waiting for my luggage. The call centre is constantly engaged - is there anybody really there? I sent in an amendment to the description of case, but according to the website, they have not taken this into account.
During the flight, it was impossible to understand the English announcements.
However, we did arrive safely and for that I thank God.
