DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS.



I placed an order on 13th December (with next day delivery) for a rucksack as a Christmas present. I received an email on 21st December saying the item was out of stock. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (sorry to shout but I am so angry!) The word sorry didn't even appear in the email.
