Well the last order I recievd from them was wrong and not what I ordered after waiting a month for it!! When I asked when I would get what I actually ordered I was told it wasn't possible to send it me now there had been a mix up!. Im still waiting for a refund for it 3 weeks later I have e-mailed customer service 3 times and not heard back. Another order I placed on 27/11/10 has still not arrived (23/12/10) even though I was sent an e mail 3 days ago (after the bad weather)to say dont worry it will be here before christmas well im still waiting and can't get through on the phone THEY ARE RUBBISH don't order from them I won't be again.
